First Restoration Services actively participates in three different local chamber of commerce organizations in Western North Carolina – Greater Asheville Area, Henderson County, and Brevard/Transylvania County.  Each chamber offers different events that may work well for the others.  For example, the Greater Asheville Area chamber does “Mega Networking” – it’s like speed dating for businesses.  And, Henderson County does “SURPRIZE Patrol” where chamber ambassadors load up in a van and go surprise 10 member businesses with prizes – to say thanks for supporting the chamber through your membership.  I’m sure the chambers all look to each other for great new ideas; we should do the same in our businesses.  If you work with a vendor who seems to have success with bringing doughnuts to their customers offices, try that for your customers.  If  you hear about an interesting office Christmas party idea, try it with your employees.
