This morning, the Employee of the Year for 2012 was announced. To win Employee of the Year, you had to have been Employee of the Quarter at least once in 2012 and be voted on by everyone at First Restoration Services. This year, we are proud that our Emergency Services Manager, John Gentry, won this esteemed award. Thank you John, for your hard work and dedication at First Restoration. You are clearly respected and thought of highly by your peers.

Do you have insurance on your personal belongings? If the answer is NO then you might want to make a phone call to your insurance agent to get adequate coverage on your contents. It does not matter if you own the home or rent it. The agencies sell homeowner policies and renter policies for contents.

It is our pleasure to announce our Employee of the Quarter for the Fourth Quarter of 2011. This award is voted on by all employees at First Restoration Services, so it is given to a well-respected team member. This past quarter, this award went to one of our Lead Technicians, Ryan Morgan! We are proud of Ryan and the way he represents First Restoration. Stay tuned next week to find out who our Employee of the Year for 2011 was! It will be announced in this Monday’s company meeting!

The majority of people have homeowner’s or renter’s insurance but when is the last time the policy was reviewed. Lots of people never review their insurance policy. It never hurts to look over the policy at least once a year to make sure you have adequate coverage especially if you have done some remodeling or added a collection of some sort that is worth some money. So call your agent and schedule an appointment to look over your policy to make sure everything is up to par.
This morning I was able to attend the Power Hour at Ace Hardware in Flat Rock. I really appreciate the sense of community and generosity these owners implement in day to day business.
It’s not that hard to do the right thing!
